What Do You Get?
Library Mini Golf supplies all the golf equipment for your event: greens, tees, fairway barriers, putters, balls, and pencils. Obstacles can be added to your course.
The only materials supplied by the library are the paper and actual printing of the scorecards (designed by LMG) and the display signs (set up by you) for your sponsors. Final sponsors are often secured within 48 hours of the event, requiring the library to handle the printing. A thoughtful "thank you" to the sponsors is also the responsibility of the library.

Each course consists of 18 different putting greens, 18 tee markers, and an assortment of deflectors and obstacles to make an interesting layout.
The fairways of each hole take advantage of the rows between library stacks and other key features of your facility. The balls stay on the course by the proper placement of bumpers, tubes, and other deflectors.
Greens with Flag Poles
Built for durability, ease of transport and setup, the greens are small platforms that allow players to stand on the green and putt into a real hole.
Each hole consists of a raised putting surface (minimum size 4' X 4'), side panels and ramp, covered with grass-style carpet. A ball cup and hole marker flag complete the fun.
The entire course takes an average of 2 hours and 4-6 library volunteers to setup!
2' x 2' sections come labeled and diagrammed.
Tee Markers
Helping to manage play, our tee markers show where each hole begins, and are an important part of the sponsor advertising value. Each marker clearly shows who sponsored the tee.
Bumpers
Small bumpers are used to direct the balls from the tee to the green, and to prevent balls from "escaping".

Floor Plan Review
Each course uses the floor plan and the location of stacks and furniture as a fundamental part of the design of the course. We will ask you to provide a floor plan of your library, measurements, and pictures if possible.
Course Design
Using our design templates and software, we create a unique miniature golf course design that will take advantage of the natural flow of your library. Your stacks are an integral part of how we route the fairways for most holes, including multiple floors. Course design will be submitted for your approval.
Scorecard Design
The scorecard is an essential part of the process; it is a key part of attracting sponsors for the event. The first scorecard design will be completed after confirmation of your course design. It is then updated as you secure sponsors.
As you secure sponsors, send us the information and logos. [see information on how to send us your sponsors' logos.] We create the final updated scorecard. This completed scorecard will be sent to you for printing just before the event.
Tee Marker Signage & Flags
Each tee marker and flag has space dedicated to giving the sponsors credit for their support. The library is typically responsible for printing the signage. As part of Event Management, LMG can handle this for you also.
Your library will conduct the tournament. LMG's Tournament Director will assist you in managing your tournament with the help of volunteers from your organization.
Course set up and break down
The course arrives at the Library one to two days before the event, and the course will be setup the night before the tournment with the assistance of LMG's Tournament Director. It has been our experience that it takes four to six volunteers about two hours to setup the course, and anyone can volunteer since there are no heavy items to move or electrical tools to use.
Supervision of Play
The Library will also need volunteers to collect playing fees at the start of each round, return the putters and balls to the registration area, run raffles, auctions, concessions, and other stations, and provide general supervision and guidance. The number of volunteers varies by the number of activities taking place. Typically, six volunteers are needed.
Optional Enhanced Services
LMG can provide sponsor recruiting services for an extra fee. LMG can also offer national or regional sponsors when available. Optional services need to be selected at the contract signing.
